We want you to be happy with your hope gear! If you need to make a return, be sure to follow the steps below! Please keep in mind that we’re a very small operation, so your patience is extra special to us.
YOU ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN IF YOU MEET ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Items are in the ORIGINAL, perfect selling condition, showing absolutely no signs of wear and tear.
3. Items are completely free of all odors, including but not limited to perfume, cologne, deodorant, cigarette smoke, and pet odors/pet hair.
Sadly, if you return something to us that’s not in tip-top shape, we won’t be able to issue your refund…because that’s just not cool.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Great, your tee is in perfect condition, and now you just need to…
1. Package it back up (in the original bag OR in whatever package you choose).
2. INCLUDE the invoice in the package (otherwise we won’t know who to refund)!
3. Ship it back to us (sorry, we can’t reimburse your shipping…remember we’re just a small nonprofit).
4. When we receive your return in perfect condition, we’ll go ahead and reimburse the cost of your tee (again, sorry, but we can’t reimburse shipping even though we wish we could).

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
If you’re just wanting to get a different size, these are the steps for you! Because we’re such a small operation, we can’t handle exchanges, but here’s how you can get the t-shirt of your dreams…
1. Return your current tee following the instructions above. (We will refund the cost of the tee, minus shipping, once we receive it in perfect condition)
2. Make a new purchase of a tee in the correct size!
WHAT TO DO IF YOU PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Unfortunately, as per our Sales Policy, you are the only person responsible for providing accurate shipping info! But we'll do our very best to help you figure out what to do from this point on!
1. You must contact us immediately when you realize your error! The sooner the better.
2. Your email MUST include a clear statement of the wrong information you provided, AS WELL AS a clear statement of the accurate information you're hoping we can update for you.
If you contact us before your purchase has been shipped, we'll do our very best to update your shipping address! If, however, you contact us after the fact, there's very little we can do to help you, but reach out anyway! If we have a tracking number, we can get that to you, and we can talk through other ways to potentially help you still receive your hope gear!
